Before we grind
Photograph anything you wrote with any pen. We read your angle from the thick and thin of the strokes and how the letters lean, and set the grind before the pen is posted. A page beats a description every time.
In the box
The pen, a converter, two cartridges of the ink it was tested in, and the test sheet, under the pen. Plain card. No pouch.
Within a year
Send it back with a page you wrote with it. We regrind, once, free, to whatever the first one taught you. Postage yours, the work ours.
At the bench
