How it reaches you.
Reservations are answered by a person, usually the same day, never on Sundays. You pay when we confirm, not before.
Collect · Arch 41, Deptford
Thursday to Saturday, eleven until six. Free. Ask to see the pot; somebody will show you.
Deliver · UK, tracked
£6, two working days, signed for. Wrapped in calico from the clarify, washed.
Abroad
Not yet. Tallow-based perfume sits awkwardly in most customs categories and we would rather not guess.
Returns · 30 days, sealed
Unopened bottles back within thirty days, full refund. Opened ones we cannot resell, so we will not pretend otherwise.
Storage
Somewhere cool and dark. Tallow keeps the scent stable for about three years; after that it softens rather than turns.
