Phase 2 runs along the south shore and up the ridge behind it. Every plot was walked with the forester before it was drawn, so each has a building platform that spares the old pines. Fourteen are still available; six are reserved; four have sold.
Plot prices are fixed for Phase 2. There is no bidding and no closing date; the first reservation on a plot holds it.
Under the canopy on the loop road, two to six minutes’ walk from the common shore. The quietest ground and the deepest shade; The Bothy and The Pine were drawn for it.
Thirty-six to fifty-one metres above the loch on the granite shoulder, with the water below and Schiehallion on the skyline. The Ridge lodge earns its second floor here.
Thirty-two to fifty-eight metres of your own shore, running to the waterline, with a mooring on the estate jetty and the option of a shore sauna on its own.

Plots 1 to 16 were Phase 1 and are built on. Plots 17 to 40 are Phase 2. Numbers run from the jetty westward along the shore, then up the ridge, then round the woodland loop.
