The estate road: a gravel track running straight into misty pine forest

Come and walk it.

Viewings take about two hours and are on foot: the plots you have asked for, one of the Phase 1 lodges with its owners’ leave, and the shore. Saturdays and Wednesdays, by appointment. Wear boots; we have spare ones in the Steading up to a size 12.

Weekday viewings can be arranged for buyers travelling from abroad; ring the office. The estate is closed from 25 December to 3 January.

The sales office is 1.2 miles inside the estate gate on the B846, four miles west of Kinloch Rannoch. The gate code comes with your confirmation.

Two Phase 1 owners open their doors on the first Saturday of every month, for anyone with a viewing booked that day

Choose a day and a start time. Fiona confirms by email within one working day, with the gate code, directions and the names of the plots you will walk. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed.

On the day

Two hours, on foot

Bring boots and a coat; the ridge road is a steady climb and the shore path is roots and rock. Dogs on leads are welcome. The Steading has a kettle, a fire and the plans at 1:500.
